Thousands of kilometers of hiking trails, cycle paths for all abilities and scenic golf courses offer a variety of outdoor activities in the\u00a0 nature of “Bergisches Land”. Six reservoirs invite you to go sailing, rowing, pedal boating, diving and swimming in summer. A canoe tour on the Wupper also promises exciting water adventures against an idyllic backdrop. Those who want to test their own limits will find sporting challenges high up among the trees in several natural high ropes courses. And in winter, toboggan slopes lure you out into the white fun.<\/p>

But you can also switch off, relax, unwind and simply do something good for yourself in the “Bergisches Land”.
