For more than 16 years, Steffen Hantke was shareholder and board member of the HC&S AG - Healthcare Consulting & Services, one of the leading providers of seminars for the healthcare sector. After takeover of 100% of the share capital by consus clinicmanagement GmbH, Steffen Hantke and his board colleague Dr. Werner Barbe will withdraw from the operative business of the corporation.

The HC&S AG in Münster and thus also the Healthcare Academy (www.healthcare-akademie.de) is continued by the successful consultancy consus clinicmanagement GmbH based in Freiburg since future expectations are consistent.
