The training courses in a company in the construction industry on the subject of “project management” included the topics of basics, critical success factors, procedures, lessons learned and introduction to the company-specific processes for project application & approval as well as implementation. The project also included the creation and provision of process documentation, training materials on SharePoint, which was designed and created for this purpose, including structure, content, videos and authorization concept.
