ANTORES managed the “Order To Cash (O2C)” project for a medium-sized company in the construction industry and provided the Project Management Office (PMO). An essential part of our support services was the implementation of detailed analyses, documentation of the actual processes, determination & presentation of optimization possibilities (incl. system support) as well as the implementation and documentation of the target and new processes. The project was successfully implemented with measurable process acceleration, risk minimization and cost reduction.
